1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Wingwomn, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms are governed by Indian law and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

2. Eligibility

You must be: • At least 18 years of age • A resident of India or lawfully permitted to use Indian digital services • Not previously banned or suspended from Wingwomn By signing up, you confirm that the above conditions apply to you. Creating an account with false information is a violation of these terms and may constitute fraud under IPC Section 420.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: • Create a fake profile or impersonate another person • Upload photos that are not of yourself • Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users • Solicit money, gifts, or financial information from other users • Share obscene, explicit, or non-consensual intimate content • Use the platform for commercial solicitation or spam • Engage in caste-based, religious, or communal harassment • Attempt to circumvent safety or verification features Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, bio, messages). By posting, you grant Wingwomn a non-exclusive licence to display your content to other users for the purpose of providing the service. You are solely responsible for all content you post. Wingwomn is an intermediary under the IT Act, 2000 and is not liable for user-generated content, subject to compliance with the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscription fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of 18% GST • Payments are processed by RBI-authorised payment gateways • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if no premium features have been used; contact [email protected] • In-app purchases on iOS/Android are subject to App Store/Play Store billing terms

6. Account Suspension & Termination

Wingwomn may suspend or permanently ban your account if you violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently erased within 30 days.

7. Safety & Reporting

You can report any profile or message using the in-app Report button. All reports are reviewed within 24 hours. For urgent safety concerns, contact our Grievance Officer at [email protected] or call Women's Helpline: 181 / Cyber Crime Helpline: 1930.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wingwomn provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that other users are who they say they are, or that the service will be uninterrupted. We strongly recommend meeting matches in public places and informing a trusted friend.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Wingwomn's liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Governing Law & Grievances
